Due to the rise in terrorist acts over the past year the Terror Victims Association has unfortunately been very busy. Support groups are stretched to their limits to try and provide physical and emotional help to the victims and their families. The Terror Victims Association cannot work alone on behalf of the nation. We require the support and financial assistance of the general public in order to assist the victimized families in all of their needs. Please note that Israel's National Insurance Agency, Bituach Leumi, provides generous stipends to victims of terror. We therefore earmark contributions toward projects in support of the families and not to the families themselves, a practice which causes competition and resentment between families when funds are not distributed in equal measure to all.
